We use artificial intelligence tools to support research, analysis, drafting, design, and production, including third-party services (currently Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Grok by xAI, Perplexity, Notion AI, and Meta AI) and our own self-hosted systems (X10ND Intelligence). Every deliverable we provide to a client is reviewed by a person before delivery.
We configure third-party AI services under account settings intended to exclude client data from those providers' model training. Our own self-hosted AI systems may be trained on data a client provides to us in order to improve our services for that client; we do not use one client's data to train models used for another client.
Content generated wholly by AI without human authorship may have limited copyright protection under current law. AI-assisted content we provide is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and clients are responsible for the accuracy of claims about their own products and services.
The AI tools we use may change without notice. This section describes our practices as of the "Last Updated" date above.
6. Client Services
Services we provide to clients are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, not by these Terms. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that client. Sections 9 through 11 of these Terms (warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification) apply to use of this website; the corresponding sections of the signed agreement apply to client services.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
We may link to or integrate with third-party platforms and tools, including advertising networks, analytics services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their terms, practices, or content. Your use of any third-party services is governed by their respective policies.
8. Payments
All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize all charges made through our platform or invoicing system.
